My only is that I am told there is no 24 hr palliative care in my area. This means I have not choice other than to enter a hospice for end of his care. Depending on my condition and circumstances of course at the time, I would have preffered to die at home. Thank you to my team for your kindness and support. They make things much easier, couldn`t manage without them!

I was grateful for what palliative care team did for Brian and was grateful that I was involved by them in what Brian needed. I think that it perhaps would have been better if the involvement by them would have come earlier in his illness but I will always be grateful for their support.

Once contact established I received a visit which was helpful. My circumstances is complicated because all of my treatment has been in England. Getting in touch proved difficult. Once I was "known" to the team I had a very yo "pester" different departments before was made.
